Dynamic Yoga is a combination of traditional and contemporary yoga styles. Justified by its own pedagogy, the traditional part of this hybrid yoga was developed by the guru ashrams in India. This method will easily increase strength, stamina and focus. Dynamic Yoga concentrates deep on the individual’s body. Each body is different and there is no fix alignment for everyone. Posture and breathing techniques are included into this style to make the body find its own comfortable rhythm. All Yoga styles are the same even though the approach is different for each person.
